Liina is an attorney in Law Firm LINKLaw. Liina has long-standing legal practical experience as she has been practicing law since 2004.
At the beginning of her career, Liina obtained a broad understanding of the law, which set the groundwork for future. Today she has specialised in transactions and for several years now has mainly worked in contract law, including construction and real estate transactions, and corporate and commercial law. In addition to her very good Estonian language skills, Liina is fluent in several foreign languages – English, German and Spanish. Therefore, Liina is able to offer full consultation services also to the English and German speaking clients.
Selection of Works
- Advising Tomra’s (leading manufacturer of reverse vending machines) Baltic companies in regard to launching the deposit containers system in Latvia (2022) and Lithuania (2016), including drafting and negotiating the cooperation agreement with the deposit system administrator.
- Advising on various real estate development and rental projects (e.g., PLKV Invest OÜ, Karamelli Holding OÜ), including preparation and negotiation of engineering, construction, and construction supervision contracts, drafting and negotiation of lease and rental agreements, as well as advising on the management of tenancies.
- Counselling Viru Keemia Grupp AS and its subsidiaries on various corporate and contract law issues, including drafting various standard terms and conditions as used by VKG group companies.
- Drafting terms of use for various web platforms (e.g., ELKE Mööbel, X7trade.eu, Netikino).
- Counselling various IT sector companies (Genius Sports Services Eesti OÜ, Kühne + Nagel IT Service Centre AS, and more) on the preparation of contractual documents.
