Kaarel’s main area of competence is corporate law and commercial transactions. Kaarel has a long-standing experience of approximately 20 years in advising companies on corporate legal matters from the establishment of the company until liquidation. Kaarel has also advised companies on intragroup restructurings and M&A transactions. Due to his vast and diverse cooperation with various companies, he is able to identify the entrepreneurs’ needs and assist them with their business planning and corporate structuring. Kaarel has a long-term experience with consulting companies with German, Austrian and Swiss background and therefore, knows the German business culture and traditions well. He has a wide international network of contacts which makes it possible to find necessary help to the clients’ problems. Kaarel is the confidence lawyer for the Austrian Embassy in Estonia and also a member of the Estonian Bar Association Commercial Law Committee.
