Annika’s main field of activity is the representation of clients in disputes relating to private law, including out-of-court negotiations and litigation. After years of assisting trustees in bankruptcy in conducting effective and speedy bankruptcy proceedings, her area of expertise in consultation includes bankruptcy law and enforcement procedure. Among other things, Annika has successfully advised clients on issues related to labour law, problems related to the day-to-day management of companies, and family law disputes (including matters relating to support, right of custody and guardianship).
